Show-season setups
When the winter equestrian season starts, a lot of Wellington homes and barn apartments change hands for a few months. If you manage a rental or you're moving in for the season, I can mount the TVs, set up streaming apps and assemble furniture in one visit so the place is ready when people arrive. Text me the dates and a photo of each room.
Family neighborhoods
Olympia, Isla Verde, Versailles, the Palm Beach Polo area and the neighborhoods off Forest Hill and Big Blue Trace are mostly 1980s–2010s homes, many with block exterior walls and framed walls inside. Living rooms and bedrooms are the usual spots, and kids' rooms often need a TV mounted out of reach, plus a dresser anchored to the wall so it can't tip.
Equestrian estates
On the larger farms, TVs go in tack lounges, guest houses and viewing rooms as well as the main house. Wall types vary from room to room, so I check each one before drilling.
Also available on the same visit in Wellington: handyman work and furniture assembly from $75/hr, and Smart Home Setup.
