Yes, that’s the best use of a visit. Group your shelves, art, curtains and small fixes together and send photos of each.

Do you work for realtors and property managers?

Yes. I handle punch lists for listings and turnovers, and I can send a certificate of insurance. Insured — $1M general liability coverage.

Can you anchor furniture so it won’t tip?

Yes. Dressers, bookcases and TVs can be anchored to the wall, which is a smart step in any home with kids.
