Downtown condos and Mizner Park
The towers around Mizner Park, Palmetto Park Road and along A1A usually have concrete walls on the outside and framed partition walls inside. Most buildings require a certificate of insurance naming the association, plus a reserved service elevator and set work hours. Tell me your building and I'll send the COI to management before the visit.
Gated and country-club communities
Boca West, Broken Sound, Woodfield and the Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club area are full of large homes with tall great-room walls and big TVs. On a tall wall, height is the main decision. I'll mark a few options with painter's tape so you can see them from the sofa. Gate access is easy: add me to your guest list and I'll bring ID.
West Boca family homes
West of the Turnpike, neighborhoods are mostly 1980s–2000s single-family homes with a mix of framed and block walls. Bedrooms, playrooms and game rooms are the usual requests, often two or three TVs in one visit along with some furniture assembly.
Also available on the same visit in Boca Raton: handyman work and furniture assembly from $75/hr, and Smart Home Setup.
