Club homes here often have 12-foot-plus ceilings and wide family rooms that open to the lanai. The biggest mistake on walls like these is mounting too high. I start from your seated eye level, not the middle of the wall, and show you a taped outline before anything is drilled.

Many Gardens homes were built in the last ten years and already have media niches designed into the walls. A niche looks great when the TV is centered and sized to it; I'll measure the niche against your TV before the visit so there are no surprises.
Near Downtown at the Gardens and PGA Boulevard
Townhomes and condos close to PGA Boulevard are smaller spaces where a TV might go on a bedroom wall or in a home office. These are quick jobs, and a good chance to knock out shelves, mirrors or furniture assembly on the same visit at the hourly handyman rate.
